This year there are many new options for students during lunchtime. The CTK staff have made a Lunchtime Activity Club that has given students a place to relax. Students are supervised by teachers in the hall and can play with toys such as LEGO, toy cars, board games or they can be creative and draw or make origami. Students may also participate in Gardening Club at different times in the year growing herbs and a variety of vegetables.
The synthetic grass on the other side of the soccer field is now open for play. Students have also been given extra equipment such as soccer balls, foam balls and jumping balls to play with during this time. We now have two table tennis tables. This gives the students a place to be more active and it’s enjoyable! On behalf of the students at Christ The King, thank you CTK staff for all of these lunchtime options.
